http://www.freerice.com/, a web game that provides free rice for hungry people through UN's World Food Programme (WFP).

The game checks vocabulary of the player, for each right word, the UN donates 10 grains of rice through its World Food Program. The game has began on 7th Oct 2007, as of 11th Nov, over 1 billion rice grains has been donated.

This program is funded by advertisements of the leading companies across the world. I wish every company sponsors this campaign.
